What is STACYC? 

STACYC is the brand name of the original electric kids balance bike which all started as a father and son project with one goal in mind: SHARE THE LOVE OF RIDING. The result is a unique brand with a real story that’s founded on purpose and innovation. Within a couple of years from inception, STACYC has touched the lives and hearts of hundreds of thousands two wheel enthusiast and it is with pride that these little rippers are the basis of the STACYC GENERATION that continues the two-wheel lifestyle. 

 

What is the difference between an original STACYC in black and the versions of KTM, GasGas or Husqvarna Motorcycles (KTM GROUP)? 

The products you see on our original STACYC website are identical to the versions offered through the KTM, GasGas or Husqvarna Motorcycle dealer networks. The only difference is their branding which reflects the respective brand identities. The products sold through the KTM GROUP are manufactured and supplied by us at STACYC and meet the same rigorous standards of testing as our original kids electric balance bikes. 

 

How can I purchase a STACYC bike and parts? 

Within the European Union we sell our bikes directly to you. Take a look around this website at the different categories of bike, navigating your way to select your desired model. Once you have chosen your bike just click on the ‘Add to cart’ button. Once done you can add more items to your cart or start the checkout process. When complete you will receive a purchase confirmation and an order ID number.  

 

Where does my product ship from? 

Your bike will be shipped directly to you from our European Warehouse in Belgium. 

 

Do I need to pay any other fees, taxes etc. when the bike gets shipped? 

NO! what you see is what you pay and all products are fully custom cleared and will be delivered to you without an additional importation fees or taxes. 

 

Can I return a bike if I have a change of heart? 

YES! Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery with some conditions attached. Please check the Exchanges and Returns section to get all the information about it. 

 

 

Order Processing 

 

How can I pay for my order? 

You can pay directly on the website through our secure payment gateways. 

 

The system is refusing my credit card payment. What can I do? 

Check your daily bank payment limitations before proceeding to ensure that your credit limit is enough to complete the order. 

 

How can I cancel my order? 

If you want to cancel your order or Pre Order please contact us. 

 

How long will delivery take? 

If the bike or parts you ordered are in stock (and you can add to the cart) delivery will be approx. 3-5 days. You will receive an email with tracking information once the parcel is on its way to you. 

 

Why is the order fulfilled and billed by Liverwire Netherlands BV? 

As STACYC is part of the wider Harley Davidson Family, STACYC is using the European legal entity of Livewire to conduct business.

What should I do if I have a problem with my STACYC? 

We have put together an extensive resource library that will help you identify the issue and possible solutions to them. Almost none require technical assistance but should your STACYC still does not function properly after going through the resources, please reach out at any time. You can find the resources here: 

 

Where can I purchase replacement parts or accessories for my STACYC? 

All replacement parts are available for all current models and previous models on this website; please check the Replacement Parts section. 

 

 

What is the warranty period fo my STACY?
