SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

We only deliver to the following countries via their respective websites:  Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to addresses outside these listed countries.   

 

Flat-rate delivery costs are as follows: 

 

Electric Balance Bikes: EUR 29 per bike

Parts and Accessories: EUR 9,90 per order  

 

Once an order is confirmed, please allow up to two (2) business days for order processing prior to shipping. When the product ships to your final address, you will receive an email message with your tracking number, approximately 2-4 days prior to the product being delivered to you. 

If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know, and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Providing a telephone number during the checkout process will help us contact you in a timely manner.

RETURNS

While we believe that you made a conscious decision to purchase a STACYC product and will want to keep it, in the rare event that your purchase is not the right choice for you, we will help you to make your return hassle-free and without red tape. 

 

RETURN PROCESS 14 DAYS OR MORE AFTER PRODUCT DELIVERY: 

  • To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at +31 70 701 3536, or by email at pitstop_eu@stacyc.com.  
  • Returns meeting the criteria set forth in the Terms and Conditions of Sale will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#), which will be provided to you via email. 
  • You are responsible for properly packaging your product so it incurs no damage. STACYC/LIVEWIRE BV reserves the right to deduct the cost of any shipping damage caused by improperly packed items.  You are responsible for return shipping costs. 
  • We will send you an email confirmation when your return is received. 
  • The returned shipment will then be checked for the consistency of the data provided. If everything is correct, you will be refunded the full amount for the returned items as quickly as possible using the payment information you’ve provided. Please note that the processing and refund of your return may take 2-5 working days. Should we find out during the examination of your return that one of the items registered for the return is missing or damaged, we will contact you. 
  • Returns without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted and LIVEWIRE NETHERLANDS BV will not pay any return cost to the customer. 

 

RETURN PROCESS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PRODUCT DELIVERY: 

You may exercise your legal right to change your mind by signing and returning to us the cancellation form in Schedule 1 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.  Please note that different terms may apply to returns for this reason, and refer to our Terms and Conditions of Sale for more information on returns within 14-days of delivery.
