Minimum Service Intervals
Service must be performed at specified intervals to keep your STACYC operating at peak performance.
Note: Perform maintenance more frequently in severe riding conditions such as extreme temperatures, dusty environments, rough terrain, long storage conditions, etc. Regular maintenance needs to continue for the entire time the STACYC is owned.

Visually inspect throttle, wires, and brake cable for damage |

Check tire pressure in front & rear tires. Recommended 25-30psi for OE tires. Inflate per recommendation on sidewall of tire - Do Not Exceed 35psi |

Ensure that all bolts, screws, nuts & fasteners are securely tightened |

Check front & rear axle nut are torqued to spec |

Verity side panels and chain guard are properly installed and secure |

Install fully charged battery |

Ensure proper chain tension (2-3mm) of "free play" or "slack" at the tightest point and lubricate chain |

Check that seat collar is tight and seat post is positioned such that the "min insert" indicator line is NOT visible |

Inspect tires for wear, damage and aging Replace if any wear, damage or aging is present |
